Description
This began as a shared flame, Dale's "Precious Metal", in the Apophysis lists and then was tweaked more in the "Edit Window" to produce this bird in a fillagree egg. So consider this as an Easter egg for this upcoming season...
A radial gradient was used for the background and the colors shifted to the blues from the original in Photoshop.
This is also suitable for use as a wallpaper.

I'm a big fan of blues; the "bird" and the background sandwiching the egg works very well. Also the concentration of white / green / yellow creating the eye.
You've actually refreshed myself as to how spectacular fractal effects can be: the last time I saw one was about a year ago, on a 386 laptop! (long story)
