This is an Apophysis 2.18beta fractal using a combination bilateral symmetry and the spiralize script. It reminded me a bit of galaxies being sucked into a black hole. I used Photoshop's layering to lighten and bring out more of the colors a bit and to add the signature.

Nice. Love the blue splashed in there. It's not 100% perfectly mirrored either which makes it spiffy keen.
Ever seen Alex Grey's work? It reminds me of that a little.
No I haven't seen his work. I had seen the sky replaced on TechTV in one of the Alex Lindsay Photoshop tutorials on replacing blah sky colors, and, *lucky13 had a tutorial on layering an image over another last week, so I had to give it a try with one of ~abrazokoan's photographs of this bridge near his town. Some of the blue among the trees was some of the sky color I didn't quite get over to the total white and it mixed with the fractal background.. Even so, it came out better than I had hoped...
