Description
This is a colored version of Thunder Dragon by *avianis 
[link] that has been posted in his gallery as well as that of 
[link] For coloring, I used the 'styles palette' to fill in the cells to color the dragon. A radial gradient in a feathered circle was used to give the appearance of the sun behind the dragon, which was further hilighted using an outer glow around the dragon.
